The clinic at your child’s school is changing it’s computer system on Thursday October 1. This change will slow down our services by quite a bit for several days. We will not be able to see as many patients as usual.
On Thursday and Friday we will manage only serious illnesses or emergencies. We will not be doing any routine vision or hearing tests, vaccinations or physical exams for those two days. If your child appears to have a minor problem like lice or a cold, we will ask the school to call you and take your child to the family’s doctor.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. The new system will be a big improvement over our current one, and will enable us to be more efficient and serve you better. Thanks for your cooperation!
