Culinary Students Cater MS 181 Winter Carnival

February 3, 2018 Harry S Truman culinary program catered for M.S. 181winter carnival in which they prepared and served the following menu to 350 guests:

  • Beef hot dog and Cheddar Cheese wrapped in pizza dough with sesame seeds
  • Salad and Focaccia flat breads
  • BBQ pulled pork sliders with cole slaw on kings Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • Oven roasted tomato, mozzarella, and herb focaccia
  • Entree’s
  • Beef Meatballs with marinara sauce
  • Chicken Parmesan
  • Baked mac n cheese
  • Rigatoni ala vodka
  • Penne marinara
  • Penne with broccoli garlic and oil
  • Dessert
  • Strawberry Shortcake with chocolate strawberry garnish, strawberry buttercream andmirror glaze
