HTTP://WWW.GMAIL.COM – TRUMAN EMAIL ACCESS

STUDENTS AND PARENTS – Please use the following guide to get up-and-running with online learning, starting September 13, 2021:

  1.  This includes Google Classroom, Email, etc.  Your email is the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name, and the last four digits of your OSIS Student ID number.  For Example: if Johnny Smith has an OSIS of 123456789, his email address would be jsmith6789@bxtrumanhighschool.com.  If you have a HYPHENATED last name, we only use the first part of the last name.  For example, Johnny Smith-Rios with ID 123456789 would be simply jsmith6789@bxtrumanhighschool.com.  Certain Spanish last names (like De Los Santos) use the full last name.  Example:  Johnny De Los Santos would be jdelossantos6789@bxtrumanhighschool.com.
  2. If you have been using your bxtrumanhighschool.com account in the past – nothing changes. Your password should remain whatever you set it.
  3. If you have never used your bxtrumanhighschool.com account before, begin by trying the username describe in #1, and the password of truman1234.  If this does NOT work, try trumanXXXX (where XXXX is the last four digits of your Student ID OSIS number). Example: jsmith6789@bxtrumanhighschool.com … password would be truman6789.
  4. To submit recovery info so you can reset your own password, please CLICK HERE
  5. If you were admitted to Truman after September 1, 2021 and you do not have a bxtrumanhighschool.com account, you can request one by emailing roush@bxtrumanhighschool.com.  ALL NEW STUDENTS and FRESHMEN admitted to Truman before September 1, 2021 DO HAVE ACCOUNTS and should try to access them using the information above.
  6. If you are a RETURNING TRUMAN STUDENT and you need to reset your password, first try the “Reset Password” link on the login screen. If that does not work, CLICK HERE.
