February 3, 2018 Harry S Truman culinary program catered for M.S. 181winter carnival in which they prepared and served the following menu to 350 guests:
Beef hot dog and Cheddar Cheese wrapped in pizza dough with sesame seeds
Salad and Focaccia flat breads
BBQ pulled pork sliders with cole slaw on kings Hawaiian sweet rolls
Oven roasted tomato, mozzarella, and herb focaccia
